 How to book your holiday:

4. Read the terms
5. Complete and send the booking form.
6. Pay your deposit of £100.00 per person.

The easiest way to pay your deposit is via bank transfer to our UK bank A/C (within 10 days)

Bookings will be confirmed by us in writing, upon receipt of the deposit and electronic or hard copy booking form.

The remaining balance can be paid in Euros Preferred) or Pounds Sterling on arrival at the lake

1. Bookings will be confirmed by us in writing upon receipt of the deposit and signed booking form.
This is a formal acceptance of the booking.

2. The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons included in the holiday to make the booking on their behalf and that he/she has read and accepted these booking terms and conditions. All correspondence will be with the person signing the booking form only. The person signing the booking form is liable for all costs and charges on behalf of the party.

3. The balance of the cost of the holiday may be paid before departure, or preferred on arrival, before commencing fishing. A balance paid on arrival may be paid in Euros (preferred) or in pounds sterling only. Euros will be calculated to the tourist rate at that current time.

Deposits are non refundable in the event you cancel your booking.

4. The price of your holiday is guaranteed free of price increases and surcharges.

5. The property will be available from 2 pm local time on the day of arrival. Please do not arrive before this time, as guests will not be allowed onto the lake, this is without exception. We need this time to prepare the venue for your arrival. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, to allow us to prepare the venue for the next arriving guests.


6. The number of people allowed on the property is fixed at the time of booking. Changes, must be agreed by us prior to the start of your holiday.

7. The Client and members of the group agree:

a) to be a considerate tenant and to take good care of the property.
b) to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
c) not to act in any way that would cause disturbance to others.
d) not to act in any way that will cause harm or unnecessary distress to the fish or wildlife.

In the event you or any member of the group breach these conditions, your group may be asked to leave immediately and we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation.

The Client shall be liable for loss or damage to the property caused by them or any members of the group.

8. We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage by public services to the property, nor for any loss, damage or injury as a result of weather or any other matter including delays in your journey howsoever caused.

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the rental.

9. In the event of substantial damage to the property prior to your arrival, we will refund all sums paid within 7 days or offer an alternative holiday.

10.  You are strongly advised to purchase Travel, Breakdown, Medical Expenses and Public Liability Insurance for your group and we accept no liability for costs and expenses incurred by you if you do not obtain same.

11. In the event that any guest has a complaint regarding there stay at Moulicent, please advise us onsite. Any subsequent complaint must be made in writing to Moulicent, no later than seven days after returning to the UK.

1. Maximum of 3 rods per angler. Rods must be attended at all times.

2. Large unhooking mats must be used and are provided by us free of charge. Please handle all fish with the greatest respect. All fish to be returned to the lake in a weigh sling.

3. No fixed leads.

4. No bent hooks also no long shank hooks ie Longshank nailers, Fox series 5,etc.

5. No braid as main line, leadcore or Leaders( However safe zone leaders are acceptable but will be checked). Minimum of 15lb mainline. Barbed or barbless hooks are allowed

6. The sacking of fish is strictly prohibited

7. Strictly boilies only All Particles, Nuts and Pellets are banned.

8. No fires. Barbecues in authorised areas only.

9. Under no circumstances should litter be left at the lake. This includes cigarette ends. Please take away your litter

10. No pets

11. Baitboats are allowed, no rowing boats or dinghy’s. Wading or swimming is also prohibited

12. Toilet and shower to be left clean after use.

13. Departing anglers must vacate the lake by 10am on the day of departure. Arriving anglers will not be permitted onto the lake until 2pm local time
